a) When visiting the website

When you visit our website www.conrad-solutions.com, the browser on your device automatically sends data to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a log file. The following information is collected and stored until the time of automated deletion without any action on your part:

You have the right:

  • in accordance with art. 15 GDPR, to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can request information on the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned retention period, the right to rectification, erasure, limitation of processing or objection, the existence of a right to complain, the source of their data, if not collected from us, and the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and, where appropriate, meaningful information about their details;
  • in accordance with art. 16 GDPR, to immediately request the correction of incorrect personal data or the completion of personal data stored by us;
  • in accordance with art. 17 GDPR, to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, except where the processing is required for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for the fulfillment of a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims;
  • in accordance with art. 18 GDPR, to restrict the processing of your personal data, if you contest the accuracy of the information about you or the processing is unlawful, but you oppose erasure and we no longer need the data, however, you require these for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with art. 21 GDPR;
  • in accordance with art. 20 GDPR to receive your personal data that you have provided us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another controller;
  • in accordance with art. 7 para. 3 GDPR to revoke your once granted consent from us at any time. As a result, we are not allowed to continue the data processing based on this consent for the future and

If your personal data, based on legitimate interests in accordance with GDPR art. 6, sec. 1, cl. 1, sub-cl. f, is processed, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with art. 21 GDPR, provided that there are reasons for this arising from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct mail. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which is implemented by us without specifying any particular situation.

6. Data security

We use the widespread SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) together with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser when visiting our website. Normally, this is 256 bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256 bit encryption, we instead use 128 bit v3 technology. You can recognize whether an individual page of our website is transmitted encrypted by the closed representation of the key or lock symbol in the bottom status bar of your browser.

Incidentally, we use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties.
